By using easybracketmaker.com you agree to these terms. They are short because the service is simple: a free bracket maker that runs in your browser, and pages of printable brackets. Last updated .
The service
Easy Bracket Maker is provided by Known by One, LLC ("we") free of charge, as is, without warranty of any kind. We aim to keep it working and the brackets correct, but we do not guarantee availability, or that every bracket, schedule or count is free of errors. Check a bracket against your event's own rules before you rely on it.
Your tournaments
Tournament names, participant names and scores you enter are yours. They are stored in your browser and never sent to us, so we claim no rights in them. You are responsible for what you put in a tournament and for having permission to share it, especially the names of children or of anyone who has not agreed to be listed. Anyone who has a share link or an embedded bracket can read the names and results in it.
Printed and exported brackets
Brackets, schedules and images you print or export, including the blank brackets on this site, are free to use for any event, including paid and commercial events, and to hand out or post. Please do not republish the blank bracket images as a template collection of your own; link to the page instead.
Embeds and links
You may embed a bracket on your own site with the embed code the app provides, and link to any page on this site.
Our content
The site text, format guides, bracket engine and design are © Known by One, LLC. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link. Open-source components are used under their own licenses, listed on the licenses page.
Local storage and data loss
Your tournaments are stored only in your browser. We are not responsible for lost tournaments caused by cleared browser data, private browsing, device failure or browser changes. Export a JSON backup to keep a copy.
Acceptable use
Do not use share links or embeds to distribute unlawful or abusive content, and do not try to disrupt or overload the site.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, including a mis-scheduled event or lost tournament data.
Trademarks
Game, league and tournament names that appear in the app, for example in sample tournaments, are trademarks of their owners and are used descriptively. Easy Bracket Maker is independent and not affiliated with any of them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
